Being originally from WA and having to move to Indy about 3 months prior after living in WA his whole life Nate felt a little home sick. Working at a Nissan dealership as a service writer for six years he loved everything about the car. Having originaly a Civic turbocharged that he spent five years building the 08 G37s was a home sick present to himself. He wanted something that was more grown up and luxurious and sporty at the same time. After looking for a while he found this ’08 G37s with every option available. “As I sat there with my fiancé she asked if this was going to be another money pit, I lied, told her no.”

After having the car for three weeks he was already ordering mods first on the list was the Stillen Gen 3 Intakes, “seemed like a popular mod on the forums said.” After browsing on the forums such as myg37 it all seemed downhill from there the mod bug had bit him. Searching through forums day and night he wanted more ideas for his next mod. Next Nate ordered the Aero bumper and side skirts. “Seemed like a lot of people were doing it but I like the idea of factory parts and no one in my area had it.”

2It seemed endless after that came coils and wheels, “here is where I made my first mistake.” The idea was to be as low as possible and he didn’t have the funds at the time to get the coils and wheels he wanted. “I bought Megan coils and stance evolution wheels.” The car looked okay he described but wasn’t quite what he wanted. Moving onto other mods came Eibach sways, “was the best handling mod you can do to your car.” Being a month away from Zdayz so he wanted to be ready before going in. After Zdayz first mod that came into mind were high flow cats and exhaust, Fast Intentions was hands down the winner in Nates Eyes.

After having the proper performance mods came one of the most important choices he had to make. Nate sold his Stance Wheels and purchased a set of Limited Edition Vossen CV1’s. Having the right wheels he needed the right coilovers as he knew he would be doing Accuair system. Back to the forums it was and the KW V3 “were the obvious choice”  Time to be more aggressive going 10.5 all around with the Vossen CV1’s. Winter was approaching and Nate had more mods on his mind so that he would be able to keep himself busy throughout the winter season. Next up came the StopTech 6/4 BBK and the Accuair. Refusing to let anyone else touch his car Nate decides to install the StopTech and Accuair system himself along side with his friend. Having the support from Accuair Jesse helped Nate install the system without any troubles.

My stock Cavalier would drive circles around that.
